Corey Mauder was born and raised in Greene County, specifically in the Worthington area, which is where he currently resides with his wife, Brandi, his two children, and his cocker spaniel, Magnolia Mae.

Often told that he has the character of a teacher, Corey is always willing to listen, is thorough in his explanations, and helps to educate individuals with clarity about one of their life's most important financial decisions. Corey understands that real estate purchase is not to be taken lightly and can easily be overwhelming. He finds it rewarding and humbling to help each client accomplish that goal, one step at a time, getting them to the closing table.

Corey and his wife have moved seven times since getting married in 2007! They love adding our blood, sweat, and tears to a historic home and giving it new life for

future families. Having studied Landscape Design and Horticulture at Purdue, Corey has always had a green thumb, a true passion for nature, and an eye for design. When not working, You'll find Corey spending time with family outside of work, getting his hands dirty in the garden, swimming, camping, and boating.
